The Central Coast Wine Competition, held here is Paso Robles, has hundreds of wines entered for its annual wine competition. We are honored to have gotten a Silver for our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon.
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a huge whiff of plum, blackberry, dill, and roasted fennel with a slight touch of green pepper and dark chocolate. The 25% French oak adds a touch of wood shavings, structure and balance. Drinks well now but will only improve with age.
